Sample of a RP Entry (in character, third person):
Sokka had never known much of beds. The sleeping areas of people living in sub-zero temperatures didn't really call for mattresses. Everything was fur cots and thick skins, wrapped up and piled on, everything warm and lines and close to the ground. So, of course, he'd never really minded the endless weeks of camping out. He'd had his trusty sleeping bag, after all. He just never really thought a lot about beds and the possibilities.

This, however, tucked away in a quiet corner of the Fire Nation Royal Palace (and he was still trying to get over the fact that he had his own room at the Fire Nation Palace), was a bed. It was a huge, wonderfully soft mattress on a lovely, solid frame. It had started with the thought, 'it feels really good to be off of this leg' and had evolved into the idea that he was never going to get up again, if he could help it.

He only had two complaints, one of which could be solved if he was clever enough and the other likely unavoidable. This bed was maybe, just maybe, a little two big for one person and, eventually, someone was going to come and wake him up.

Luck is what he needed. If the group should just so happen to send Suki to wake him up? Problems solved. However, she was currently in the middle of reuniting with all of the Kyoshi Warriors, her teammates and childhood friends, so the chances of her arrival were lessened significantly.

It would probably be Katara, about mid-morning. She'd come in with either an agitated or a sympathetic look on her face, depending on her mood and if he could milk more pity out of his broken leg. Either way, he'd have to leave this generous, kind bed for any amount of who-knows-what-kind of business that needed to be done before they... Parted ways? Set off on some new venture?

Zuko had mentioned earlier that week that his uncle planned to stay in Ba Sing Sei with a tea shop. They'd have to go and see it when it was ready for business. 'Honored Guests' is the term for them that Iroh had written.

They were stalling.

Zuko was Firelord, Aang a fully-realized Avatar. Suki had Kyoshi and her warriors, Toph had her parents to own up to. He and Katara had the Southern Water Tribe. Well... He felt like he had the tribe, at least. Katara had Aang, too, and her decisions were her own. He'd developed a sense of duty towards his tribe in that warrior's regimen, in being the son of the village chief. He'd never thought about it, but he'd probably assumed himself with a destiny that lay in that Southern-most part of the world.

He didn't want to leave Katara. Ever. And he didn't want to leave Suki, or even let her go away, if he could help it. He didn't want to not talk with Aang anymore, or not vulgarly joke with Toph. Hell, he didn't want to go for too, too long in his life without grating on Zuko's nerves about one thing or another.

Shifting and grumbling under the covers, he thought all of these things in a haze of half-waking. He kind of wanted to just drop off and forget that he'd come to such miserable conclusion altogether.

But there was Katara, right on schedule, voice sharp as she ordered him to get up out of that delightful bed.

He meant to mutter out 'five more minutes,' really. Instead, though, he let out a strained, "Just five more years, Katara. Please."
